Pullman Cayo Coco находится на острове Кайо Коко. Отель построен в 2015 году, последняя реновация проведена в 2017 году. Общая площадь отеля составляет 120000 кв. м. В отеле 566 номеров. Пулман Кайо-Коко

Pullman Cayo Coco расположен у северного побережья Кубы. Он идеально подходит для семей с маленькими детьми и известен своим прекрасным пляжем и близостью к аэропорту. Пулман находится примерно в десяти минутах езды от аэропорта, поэтому вы можете доехать до отеля на такси, а не ждать, пока соберется весь автобус туристов.

Лобби и бассейны

Pullman Cayo Coco — новый курортный комплекс на Кубе. Главная достопримечательность этого отеля — просторное лобби с панорамным видом на океан. На территории Пулмана есть 7 бассейнов различной глубины, в том числе небольшой бассейн для детей, идеально подходящий для малышей и дошкольников. Вокруг бассейна есть много тени, но самые хорошие места гости обычно резервируют еще до похода на завтрак.

В дополнение к бассейнам, Pullman Cayo Coco имеет прекрасный пляж с множеством зонтиков в стиле палапа. Во время прилива пляж может быть довольно узким, но, в целом, он достаточно широкий. На нем много места для детей и для пляжных игр.

Детский клуб

В Пулмане на Кайо-Коко есть детский клуб с очень хорошим персоналом, который действительно любит детей. К сожалению, сам детский клуб по-прежнему нуждается в доработке. Например, на улице нет тени, а травы на земле почти нет. Но все же вы можете оставить ребенка в этом клубе и не сомневаться, что он хорошо проведет время, пока вы отдыхаете на пляже или около бассейна.
К слову, большим плюсом для туристов с детьми и для всех туристов вообще является наличие медицинского кабинета на территории отеля. Имеется также аптека, в которой вы можете купить какие-то лекарства, если вам что-то понадобится. Но все же советую взять основные лекарства с собой, поскольку на Кубе они стоят дороже.

Номера

Номера в Pullman Cayo Coco предоставляют все необходимое для отличного отдыха. Все номера расположены в трехэтажных бунгало, которые расположены так, чтобы вид из номеров был максимально приятным.
В номере есть холодильник, ежедневно наполняемый пивом, водой и газированными напитками. В номере достаточно места для хранения багажа и одежды. Ванная комната довольно большая, с полноразмерной ванной и отдельным душем.
Уборка была отличной даже без чаевых. При наличии таблички «Просьба не беспокоить» никто не стучал в дверь, как это часто бывает в Доминикане.

Питание

По правде говоря, я выбрал Pullman Cayo Coco в основном потому, что хотел получить хорошее питание в отеле. У меня не было сомнений в том, что в плане питания Пулман является одним из лучших, если не лучшим отелем на Кайо-Коко. Реальность, к счастью, совпала с ожиданиями.
В буфете есть широкий ассортимент блюд и несколько кулинарных станций. Без проблем находили еду, которой можно накормить 4-летнего ребенка. Если вы решили поехать на отдых с маленьким ребенком, то в ресторане для малышей есть много высоких стульев, а персонал всегда старается угодить семьям с маленькими детьми. Правда, время от времени нам приходилось запрашивать чайные ложки для детей. Почему-то кубинцы не всегда догадываются, что детям сложно есть большой ложкой.
Отмечу, что в ресторане у бассейна делали хорошие сэндвичи для детей. Приятным бонусом была тележка около бассейна, наполненная бутербродами, мороженым и специальными напитками для детей (и для взрослых тоже).
Еще одним плюсом для тех, кто приехал в Pullman Cayo Coco с детьми, является то, что во всех ресторанах a la carte есть детское меню.

Общее впечатление

Pullman Cayo Coco — лучший отель на Кайо-Коко для туристов с детьми. Возможно, он уступает по уровню отелю Melia Cayo Coco, но в Мелии не разрешается проживание с детьми.
Уровень сервиса в этом отеле достаточно высокий, и персонал отлично обслужит вас, даже если вы не будете оставлять ему на чай. Персонал всегда приветствует вас с доброй улыбкой и искренним интересом к тому, чему он может вам помочь.
Еда в Пулмане замечательная. По правде говоря, еда такого уровня мне раньше встречалась только в элитном отеле Иберостар Варадеро. На шведском столе всегда есть отличные суши. Конечно, есть много других блюд. Выбор, на самом деле, довольно большой.
Единственным минусом отеля Pullman Cayo Coco, на мой взгляд, является отсутствие пышной растительности на территории. Но, как говорится, это дело наживное.

The Resort is cituated in a remote island that makes it quite very nice on the beach. One of the best beaches I ever seen. But you won’t see a lot of fish swimming with you as it is sandy beach. The room was big and spacious and clean. The bed are good but the pillows is a No No I won’t call it a pillow. The food is good for Cuba, don’t expect any high quality of food.Overall I would come there just for the beach and the amenities.

Amazing stay at Pullman Cayo Coco in an paradise place.Service could have been better as no one indicated us where is our room (this is a big village) and there were an issue between Accor Reservation system and the hotel, as we had to pay again the rent.However, the experience was excellent.

I have stayed at others hotels in Cayo Coco before and all of them provided a better attention. The only bartender that could prepare a decent drink was Roberto from the private lounge who brings lemons and straws at his own expense. I stayed four nights and the maid told me on the third that there was only one beer available to stock the freezer because they didn’t arrive on time but suddenly that beer appear moments later. The buffet’s options were good but the service extremely poor, every time I went I had to take spoons, or forks or napkins from other tables and call the server to be attended. I’m an Accor Hotels’ member that have stayed at Accor Hotels in Europe and the USA but this one is not worth it!

Location, Sleep Quality and Rooms were excellent, clean and commodious, although the lack of maintenance (phone and WC doors for instance). Cleanliness was average because during 2 or 3 days the pool was a little bit dirty (blurred water). The staff service was not good but not because of the availability and sympathy of the persons. I think there was few employes for all the clients. In the 24h bar frequently there was no plastic glasses neither many options from the menu. The mint (used in the mojito) ran out every day during the afternoon in all the bars (except in the lobby). The buffets and the thematic restaurants were good. The shows in the night were great, particularly the beach party.

First of all I would like to explain the basis of my review. For years I’m a very loyal customer of Accor hotels and I stayed a lot in Pullman hotels during years. I apricate Pullam quality and service, so when booking Pullman Cayo Coco, I was expecting similar service and quality as I’m used with Pullman. Secondly it is good for you to understand that this is my second all-inclusive experience. The only other time I was in an all-inclusive resort was in Marrakesh, a Pullman hotel as well. Before booking I consulted TripAdvisor, was impressed by the many excellent reviews, looked at YouTube and saw smiling bartenders throwing bottles through the air while mixing the most wonderful cocktails and looked at Pullman page and I was convinced, this is the place to be. At arrival the welcome was very cool. Being a platinum Le club Accor member for more than 10 years I’m used to a more warm welcome at Accor hotels. I’m used as well that, when available, I get upgraded, in line with the commitment given by Accor. As nothing was mentioned, I asked Annabel Teresa, the lady that checked us in, if they had managed to give me an upgrade. Yes, she told me, we did. Unfortunate, arriving at the room, it was the room category I booked. This I don’t like. Be honest and simply say, no we haven’t. There might be good reasons. The room on its own was fine, partly see view, clean, a good bathroom with excellent shower. The minibar was filled with a bottle of water, 1 beer, a coca and a bottle of nice rum. An important reason to book the Pullman was that there are restaurants. For us perfect, as we are not a fan of buffets. As we arrived late, we used the buffet the first evening. The food was okay, but the wine was horrible. What a disappointment. After the dinner, we went to the cocktail bar in the reception area. This was when I realized: the have the name Pullman, but this is far away from Pullman standard I know so well. During more than 20 minutes I tried to get contact with one of the bartenders. The cocktails they prepared are of a very poor quality. Pullman is known of their excellent cocktails and in the preparation of the trip I saw the You Tube promotion movie of the number 4 cocktail shakers of the world. This was juice made out of powder and the cheapest liquor I have ever seen. A pure insult to the great cocktails that Cuba is known for. Let me continue to give a very big compliment to 98% of the employees working at the resort. Very nice and pleasant people
