Royalton Hicacos Resort находится на полуострове Икакос. Открыт в 2002 году, последняя реновация проводилась в 2014 году. Общая площадь – 94000 кв. м. Состоит из одного 2-х этажного корпуса и 32 бунгало. В отеле 404 номера. До центра курорта Варадеро — 3 км. До Международного аэропорта Варадеро Хуан Гуальберто Гомеса (Varadero Juan Gualberto Gomez International Airport) — 38 км.

Отель на первой береговой линии, в 100 м расположен песчаный пляж отеля, протяженностью 1000 м. Пляжные полотенца, шезлонги и зонтики от солнца — бесплатно. Время посещения пляжа: 09:00-17:00. Между пляжем и отелем дороги нет. Diamond Club Snack Bar (пляжный снек-бар). Sands (пляжный бар Dimond): 09:00-17:00. Tides (пляжный бар): 10:00-18:00.

Была реализована система звуковых сигналов (биппер/beeper), с помощью которой клиент может посещать все рестораны по меню каждый день. В случае, если в ресторане нет доступных столов, посетитель берет специальный прибор для получения звукового сигнала. Гость может продолжать пользоваться услугами отеля, пока не прозвучит сигнал. Это означает, что стол уже подготовлен.
